Dear Kevin,
Despite my lack of "spare time," I'd been searching for just the right royalty-free music to accompany a video of disabled adults thanking companies in Hampton Roads, Va. for making a difference in their lives by creating and supporting occupational solutions essential to their physical, emotional, mental and social development.
Creation of this video is voluntary--my small part in helping the non-profit which pairs disabled adults with the workforce--and I have no funds to devote to enhancing it, so I was extremely grateful to finally find your great collection of professional musical compositions for free public use.
I was also thrilled to find not only one, but three that I believe will fit beautifully. I believe your music will make this video that much more impactful when shown at the organization's annual meeting, where they intend to thank their supporters. Therefore, your music will likely play a role in encouraging benefactors' ongoing support in the coming year.
So I thank you, also, on behalf of numerous adults in Hampton Roads with severe disabilities. You have a role in making an extremely difficult situation a little easier for them.
Your quote, "If you hold tightly to your creative works, they become impossible to share. If your art isn't experienced by people, it serves no purpose in society," sums it up beautifully.
Sincerely,
N.F.
Virginia
